Yes, the news is true! TMFD are back 35 years after last gracing the music scene.

Our track of the week is their first single to accompany this, the brilliant and very catchy “Believe Me” with the bonus of another track “The International” an ode to the seminal Longsight lost music venue in Manchester music folklore.

After two sold out dates already under their built, they are heading to the legendary Manchester Ritz in December for what will be a special occasion and no doubt a hattrick ball of Manchester sell out gigs!

To consolidate this re emergence of the band we have been greeted with news of a brand-new album in the offering due in November. Re-discovered demos – three brand new written songs and some gems the band never got to complete will form the basis of “Better Things”

‘Who knew that we had such AMAZING fans that had been listening to TMFD all through those years and would want us to come back and play live!” exclaims bassist Sheila Seal. ‘Someone said to me: you go into a Man from Delmonte gig in your fifties and come out in your teens’, she further adds.
