We have had confirmation from our manufacturer that the hats are in transit. There have been major delays in both the Manufacturing and Distribution chain due to the Pandemic.

This has impacted the Hats leaving our overseas manufacturing partner by a few weeks.

We have now been told that the hats are now in the UK (16/12/2020) awaiting Customs clearance before being finally sent onto us. This as expected is taking a lot longer than normal due to Lockdown and the Pandemic.

They will be sent 1st class as soon as they arrive with us and we will put in a free badge per order as a goodwill gesture.

We are genuinely gutted with the delay as we feel we have let you down in what’s been an awful year for us all. We are chasing this everyday and rest assured as soon as they arrive in Shiiine On Towers, we will get them in the post.
