This year’s opening TOTW goes to the brilliant new single from The Cold Water Swimmers titled “Were You Even There”. Their first new material in 18 months and opening single taken from their highly anticipated second album.
My favourite CWS tracks up to this point have been the slow burners that creep up on the blindside and grab your mind and ears unexpectedly – “Were You Even There” had me right from the opening first chime of the guitar.
