The Bunnymen are back with their first new album in 12 years. The majestic lead single taken from it “Brussels is haunted “has featured in the live sets showcasing their immense back catalogue for a few years now – raising hopes of a potential new album in the offering from the mighty Mac & Will.

We now have the news that brand new album “Apples for Isaac” will be gracing the record shelves on September 18^th, 2026, produced by Ian McCulloch.

The album features the Blondie drumming legend and close friend of Ian McCulloch – the sadly departed Clem Burke who the Bunnymen have acknowledged as being integral to the recording of the new album.

The Bunnymen have a couple dates lined up at the London Regents park open air theatre around the release as well a Glasgow Barrowlands double to close of the year at the end of December.

Brussels is Haunted is out now on all the usual streaming platforms.
